Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life — including stress, emotions, and relationship challenges — with the support of a therapist.

It’s a place to reflect, gain insight, and build skills that support real-life change.

I integrate various therapy modalities with focuses on emotional, interpersonal dynamics, strengthening of the nervous system, the body-mind connection, and social justice.

I value flexibility, continuous learning, and seeking feedback from clients. I also strive to understand and support clients in their specific cultural context.”
